A slow, deeply nourishing yin practice designed to help you soften, settle, and fully let go. The Long Exhale invites you into stillness through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system.
Each week the class is guided by a different teacher, offering a unique energy and intention while staying rooted in the grounding essence of yin. Expect a generous use of props — bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions — to support the body in comfort, allowing you to rest deeply and be fully held.
This is a class for unwinding at the end of the week, releasing tension, and creating space for breath, ease, and rest as you transition into the days ahead.
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, get cosy, and exhale.

Balancing in yoga and life is a reflection of our inner state. Can we dance with change? Can we fall and try again with playfulness?
Do we have the focus, skill and attunement to find the stillpoint within it all?’ - Shiva Rea
Have you been curious about arm balances in your yoga practice? Then come fly with me on Saturday 28th Feb 🦋🚀
In this workshop, we’ll move through intelligent preparation for the wrists, shoulders, core and hips, so that your arm balancing can continue for many years. We’ll explore playful yet challenging strength drills to prepare for arm balancing or help you get more stable within your arm balances. We’ll also cover the arm balance fundamentals of key poses (asanas) and a yummy stretch and release to close after all that fiery work!
All you need for this workshop is a willingness to play, have fun and laugh whilst (possibly) falling out of a pose or two - and notice the power of changing what you believe you are capable of, on and off the mat!
✨Why join?✨
* Build strength, balance and focus, with a practical set of drills that you can take away for your own home practice
* Receive personalised tips and hands-on support to build confidence
* Move past fear and leave empowered and inspired to incorporate these poses into your practice

I’m really excited to be hosting a small collaboration with iglu (the forest sauna just a few minutes from the studio).
We’ve created a really lovely afternoon designed to help reset the body and nervous system.
The afternoon will look like this:
Pilates at Intu ~ 60 minutes
A short walk to iglu for sauna & cold plunge
Then back to the studio for a slow yin practice, breathwork and deep relaxation flow for 60 minutes.
I’ll also have some fruit, herbal teas and homemade protein bites for everyone before we head to the sauna.
1:00 – 5:00pm
There are only 12 spaces available to keep it small and relaxed.
£45
Intu members receive 20% off. (£36)
It feels like a really nice way to move, warm up, slow down and spend an afternoon together.
Can’t wait ☺️

A Curated Reset Experience
The Pause is a carefully structured 90 minute nervous system friendly experience combining somatic regulation and solution focused hypnotherapy.
Designed for people who carry responsibility, think deeply, and rarely stop properly.
This is not therapy.
It is not a workout.
It is not about analysing the past.
It is about creating the right conditions for your system to reset.
Tasmin guides grounded, floor based yoga to regulate the nervous system through steady breath and supported movement.
Once the body has shifted out of stress response, Rachel guides a structured solution focused hypnosis process.
We focus on forward movement.
We strengthen what is already working.
We build steadiness from within.
The shift is subtle but powerful.
Clearer thinking.
Calmer responses.
More grounded decisions.
After the session, you are invited to stay.
Journal.
Sit quietly.
Ground yourself.
Enjoy warm drinks before stepping back into your day.
You leave with:
• A calmer nervous system
• Clearer thinking
• A practical internal reset anchor
• Space to integrate properly
Suitable for all levels.
No previous yoga or hypnosis experience needed.

Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning community — the coming together of people to practise, connect and support one another. Creating spaces where we can move and breathe together as a community feels deeply important to me, and these Sunday sessions are an invitation to slow down and share practice in a more spacious way.
As the seasons begin to shift, this 90-minute practice is designed to gently awaken the body and mind. We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement to ease into the body, gradually building momentum through flowing sequences and gentle twisting postures that energise the spine and create warmth and vitality.
As the practice unfolds, we’ll move through an uplifting flow designed to build energy and leave you feeling alive and refreshed — reflecting the sense of renewal that comes with spring. From here, the pace will soften, allowing space for breathwork, grounding and deeper release.
We’ll close with longer relaxation so the body can fully absorb the practice, leaving you feeling balanced, open and ready for the week ahead.
