Our monthly reset—a soulful fusion of mindful movement, breathwork, and community connection. We begin with a dynamic yoga practice designed to ground your energy, expand your breath, and awaken your body. Through intentional flow and breath-led sequences, you'll tap into presence, release tension, and reconnect with your intuitive self.
After practice, stay and unwind with our post-class social—an open space to connect, laugh, sip tea (or something bubbly), and build real community. Whether you come for the movement, the mindfulness, or the meaningful conversation, you’ll leave feeling aligned and uplifted.
