  • A slow, deeply nourishing yin practice designed to help you soften, settle, and fully let go. This practise invites stillness through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system.

    Each week the class is guided by a different teacher, offering a unique energy and intention while staying rooted in the grounding essence of yin. Expect a generous use of props — bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions — to support the body in comfort, allowing you to rest deeply and be fully held.

    This is a class for unwinding at the end of the week, releasing tension, and creating space for breath, ease, and rest as you transition into the days ahead.

  • This fun, challenging class will combine strong Mat Pilates with Conscious Connected Breathing. Challenge your body through a dynamic Pilates flow designed to build strength, stability, and confidence, before slowing down with a powerful breathwork practice to help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing. Expect to leave feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

  • A Monthly Full Moon Ritual with Amy

    Join us for Moonlit Yin — a deeply nourishing monthly experience combining 90 minutes of restorative yin yoga and Angelic Reiki beneath the healing energy of the full moon.

    Our first gathering honours the Rose Full Moon (in Capricorn) and the recent Summer Solstice.

    Expect soft lighting, long-held yin postures, calming energy and a sacred space to simply slow down and be.

    This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a slower, introspective practise.

    Have you been curious about arm balances in your yoga practice? Then come fly with me on Saturday 28th Feb 🦋🚀

    In this workshop, we’ll move through intelligent preparation for the wrists, shoulders, core and hips, so that your arm balancing can continue for many years. We’ll explore playful yet challenging strength drills to prepare for arm balancing or help you get more stable within your arm balances. We’ll also cover the arm balance fundamentals of key poses (asanas) and a yummy stretch and release to close after all that fiery work!

    All you need for this workshop is a willingness to play, have fun and laugh whilst (possibly) falling out of a pose or two - and notice the power of changing what you believe you are capable of, on and off the mat!

    Following on from The Pause (Reset), we bring you the next experience in the series:

    The Compass (Direction)

    Sometimes we don't need more effort. We don't need more information. We simply need a moment to stop, reconnect and remember what matters.

    The Compass is a curated 90-minute workshop designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your own inner compass.

    Through grounding somatic yoga, breathwork and guided future-focused visualisation, we invite you to slow down, create space and find clarity that can be difficult to see when life is busy.

    We’ll begin with a guided breath and yoga practice by Tasmin, then Rachel will guide you through a period of deep rest and future-focused visualisation, helping to calm the mind, create clarity and remember your existing strengths. We draw on Solution Focused principles, nervous system regulation, relaxation and visualisation.

    There is nothing to figure out. Just space to pause, listen and reconnect with your internal wisdom.

    What is Solution Focused?

    When most of us think about change, we assume we need to spend time analysing problems, understanding what's wrong, or working out why we feel the way we do.

    Solution Focused work takes a different approach. Rather than focusing on what's broken, we become curious about what's already working.

    We explore strengths, resources, moments of resilience and small signs of progress that may already be present. When we pay attention to what is working, we give the brain new information to build upon.

    July’s Buck Moon arrives in visionary Aquarius, opposite the Sun in heart-led Leo, creating a powerful invitation to honour both who you are and who you are becoming.

    Like the stag growing new antlers beneath the summer sky, this Full Moon symbolizes growth, strength, and expansion. It asks us to release the stories, fears, and limitations that keep us playing small, and trust the next version of ourselves that is ready to emerge.

    The Leo-Aquarius energy reminds us that our unique gifts matter. When we allow ourselves to shine authentically, we create ripples that extend far beyond ourselves.
