Two friends coming together to bring you 'The Self Space'. We both wanted to created a wellness event which is welcoming, intentional and community focused. Our mission is to curate a morning to reset, move your body, and remember the importance of dedicating time to yourself. Come for the flow, stay for the community.
What to Expect:
A morning slow down, starting the day with herbak teas and a moment to add to our wall of kindness.
Move through a 50 minute 'Pilates Sculpt' class, take a short break, then settle into a grounding 60 minute Yoga flow.
We'll finish with a relaxed studio picnic from culture bakery with fresh coffee, croissants and conversation.
On top of this you'll receive a goodie bag!

We’re thrilled to announce that Matt Corker — Faculty member at The Sacred Fig, where I completed my 300hr training in Portugal — is coming to Intu Studio!
Originally from Canada and now based in London, Matt has taught yoga all over the world and is part of the world-class Sacred Fig faculty team, delivering yoga, retreats, and teacher trainings in some of the most awe-inspiring locations on the planet.
He’ll be hosting a Special Yoga Series at Intu Studio: three extended sessions designed to deepen your practice and restore balance. Each session offers 60–75 minutes of guided movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Matt’s vinyasa yoga classes weave rhythmic breath with intentional movement, incorporating catharsis, meditation, and yogic themes relevant to the modern practitioner.
This class will help you build physical and mental resilience both on and off the mat.
For all levels — Matt’s creative sequencing draws from yoga lineages, bodyweight training, mobility exercises, and dance.
Active Breathwork – Activating. Restorative. Magical.
Saturday 22nd November | 5:00pm
A breath-focused practice to build physiological strength and release energetic stagnation. Using a three-part breath, you’ll cultivate awareness of internal sensations while swirling energy throughout the body, sometimes resulting in a clarifying or mystical experience.
Mostly lying down — wear loose, cozy clothing. Bring a journal and pen for reflection.
The Emergence – Rhythmic. Strong. Expansive.
Sunday 23rd November | 10:00am
Awaken your potential in this mind-body, music-driven class. Transform discomfort into strength through movements inspired by calisthenics, primal movement, kundalini yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and breathwork.
Wear supportive clothing and trainers/running shoes — prepare to sweat and feel empowered.

A chance to slow down, soften, and completely switch off. We’ll begin with yin yoga — a slow, meditative style where poses are held for longer, inviting deep release through the muscles and connective tissues while creating stillness in the mind.
From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restful yoga nidra, a guided practice often called “yogic sleep,” to leave you feeling reset and restored.
We’ll close with a calming cup of herbal tea, giving you space to pause, sip, and carry that sense of ease into the rest of your evening.

Teacher Tapas is a creative showcase where two teachers share the mat, blending their unique styles into a playful, balanced flow of strength, stretch, and stillness.
We will start with a 45 min sculpt class lead by G, followed by a 45 min feel good flow with Jessy. After class, stay and connect over coffee from our local fave, Nom, and croissants from their sister bakery, Culture — a delicious way to unwind and chat with our community.

Restorative is designed to promote deep relaxation and healing through gentle, supported postures. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on slow-paced movements and the use of props (such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks) to help you relax into each pose. With an emphasis on breath awareness and mindfulness, restorative yoga encourages the body to release tension and restore balance, leaving you feeling calm, rejuvenated, and centered.
