A slow, deeply nourishing yin practice designed to help you soften, settle, and fully let go. The Long Exhale invites you into stillness through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system.
Each week the class is guided by a different teacher, offering a unique energy and intention while staying rooted in the grounding essence of yin. Expect a generous use of props — bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions — to support the body in comfort, allowing you to rest deeply and be fully held.
This is a class for unwinding at the end of the week, releasing tension, and creating space for breath, ease, and rest as you transition into the days ahead.
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, get cosy, and exhale.

Join us for a gentle, grounding family yoga class designed for adults and children aged 8 years and over. This slow, supportive flow offers a calm space for parents/carers and children to move mindfully together, connect with their breath, and unwind at the end of the week.
This is a parent-and-child class.
One booking is for one adult and one child, attending together. Adults are asked to remain with their child throughout the class.
The class is suitable for all levels and no prior yoga experience is needed. Children should be comfortable participating in a calm, gentle class and following simple instructions, with support from their accompanying adult.
This is a donation-based class held in support of Neuroblastoma UK, a UK charity funding vital research and support for children affected by neuroblastoma. Please bring cash on the day — 100% of proceeds will be donated. Give as much or as little as you feel able; every contribution matters.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and be part of a shared experience that supports both family wellbeing and a meaningful cause.

Balancing in yoga and life is a reflection of our inner state. Can we dance with change? Can we fall and try again with playfulness?
Do we have the focus, skill and attunement to find the still point within it all?’ - Shiva Rea

As nature awakens, so do we.
This Spring Equinox session honours the Ayurvedic wisdom of seasonal transition from winter's heavy, slow Kapha energy into the lightness and vibrancy of Spring. We’ll begin with gentle restorative postures, close to the earth, inviting softness and grounding as we shed the heaviness of winter. From there, the practice gently unfolds into subtle, fluid movement, awakening the body and encouraging circulation. Energy is encouraged to move again - without force, but with curiosity and ease.
As warmth builds, we’ll transition into stronger, more dynamic sequences to stimulate prana. Breathwork and intuitive shaking are woven in to acitvely clear stagnation and shake off lingering lethargy or tension. This practice creates space for energy to flow freely through the body.
You'll leave:
🌱 Clearer
🌱 More alive
🌱 And balanced between effort and ease, energised and grounded.
Ready to move into Spring with intention! 💚
