Our Classes

  • Turn up the heat — a high-intensity fusion of classical Pilates and strength training. This class incorporates resistance, weights, and dynamic movement to sculpt, tone, and challenge your entire body. Expect deep core activation, muscle endurance work, and a fiery full-body burn. Perfect for those looking to level up their Pilates practise with added intensity and sweat.

    That being said PLEASE don’t think this is an ‘advanced only’ class. nah. Even as a beginner there are options and modifications given - a class for all <3

  • This all-levels Pilates class is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your existing practice. Through a series of low-impact, core-focused exercises, you'll build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class, making it accessible and challenging for every participant. Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and re-energized. Sometimes Weights, resistance bands & other props will be used throughout the class.

  • Barre Pilates blends the precision and core focus of Pilates with the grace and energy of ballet-inspired barre work. This all-levels class delivers a dynamic, low-impact workout designed to tone and strengthen muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility. Expect small, controlled movements, high-rep/low-impact exercises, and a focus on alignment and mindful movement. Weights, resistance bands & other props will be used throughout the session.

  • A journey through the lineages, this all-levels yoga class invites you to explore movement as a personal expression, weaving together wisdom from multiple yoga traditions. Rooted in breath and guided by intuition, the practice blends elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and more; offering a rich, embodied experience that honours the diversity of yogic paths. Designed to cultivate presence, inner strength, and spaciousness in both body and mind.

  • Step into a dynamic fusion of strength, mindfulness and creativity. This powerful flow invites you to explore bold movement through powerful asanas, including arm balances and inversion play, all grounded in breath and presence. Treat the class as a moving meditation designed to challenge your edges. Come ready to sweat, fly, and flow outside the lines.

  • Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a balanced, holistic workout. This class combines the flowing movements and breathwork of yoga with the core-focused strength and toning exercises of Pilates. Each session targets the entire body, with an emphasis on developing a strong core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. A challenging class suitable for All-levels.

    Make your Sundays sacred with this guided recovery yoga session designed for athletes, movers, and anyone in need of deep restoration. Each week, we come together in a calm, supportive space to unwind tension, boost mobility, and reconnect with breath and body.

    This isn’t just a class — it’s your reset.

    Think of it as your personal recovery for staying strong, supple, and centered — the perfect end to your week and a powerful preparation to the next.

    All levels welcome. Bring your body, bring your breath, and come as you are.

  • A slow, deeply nourishing yin practice designed to help you soften, settle, and fully let go. The Long Exhale invites you into stillness through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system.

    Each week the class is guided by a different teacher, offering a unique energy and intention while staying rooted in the grounding essence of yin. Expect a generous use of props — bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions — to support the body in comfort, allowing you to rest deeply and be fully held.

    This is a class for unwinding at the end of the week, releasing tension, and creating space for breath, ease, and rest as you transition into the days ahead.

    Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, get cosy, and exhale.

  • Strong Years is a low-impact, high-benefit class designed by a physiotherapist for adults 60+ who want to be strong, capable, and confident for years to come.

    Each session focuses on a number of key exercises that strengthen the muscles essential for everyday movement. These movements are rooted in physiotherapy practice and backed by research to support real-life strength, mobility, and independence.

    The class pairs expert instruction with clear progressions so you can build strength safely, challenge yourself at the right level, and see measurable results.

    Alongside the class, you’ll have access to the Strong Years companion book which is a practical, educational exercise diary designed to help you track your progress, stay motivated, and understand the “why” behind the “what”. These classes are more than a workout, they are a long-term plan for strength, stability, and healthy aging.
