Let The Light In
Friday 26th Feb - Monday 1st March
1 X Space Available
A retreat inspired by the changing seasons. A time to slowly emerge from the stillness of winter, to reconnect with ourselves and begin to welcome the energy of spring.
Nestled in the beautiful Welsh countryside, we'll create our own little cocoon. A space away from the noise and demands of everyday life, where time feels a little slower and there's room to simply enjoy being. Our days will be thoughtfully curated, with opportunities to move our bodies, explore different movement and wellbeing practices, spend time in nature and share delicious vegetarian food prepared by Miriam, our fantastic loveable chef (she's amazing).
Georgina & Amrit will be guiding you through daily yoga practices, movement, breathwork, moments of stillness, with the option of wild swimming, long walks and plenty of time to gather around the table.
Everything is an invitation, never an obligation. You can take part in as much or as little as you wish. Perhaps you'll feel drawn to explore something new, perhaps you'll spend an afternoon resting with a book. Both are equally welcome.
More than anything, this retreat is about the time we spend together. The conversations, the laughter, the shared experiences and those little moments that often stay with us long after we've returned home.A gentle invitation to come out of hibernation, make space for what's to come and let a little more light in.
The Practice
Our mornings will begin with meditation and breathwork guided by Amrit, followed by an extended practice with G. A thoughtful blend of yoga, Pilates and different modalities of movement, designed to explore, strengthen, open up and simply feel good in our bodies.
As the day draws to a close, we'll come together for a slower, restorative Yin practice, creating space to soften, unwind and settle.
There will be plenty of opportunities to move, explore and try something new, but everything is entirely optional. This is your time to enjoy in whatever way feels right for you.
The Accommodation
Our home for the retreat will be the beautiful Barn at Plas Ashpool, nestled in the peaceful countryside of North Wales. A lovingly converted barn, full of character, warmth and homely comforts, with spacious communal areas and cosy corners to retreat to.
Surrounded by rolling countryside, it's the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect with nature and embrace the gentle transition from winter into spring. A space to rest, restore and let a little more light in.
The Food
Food will be a big part of our time together. We'll be joined by the wonderful Miriam, a local chef who will be preparing a delicious vegetarian menu throughout the retreat. Expect nourishing breakfasts, leisurely lunches and two-course evening meals, with plenty of snacks in between. Fresh, colourful food, made with care and enjoyed together.
Miriam will also be hosting an afternoon food workshop. Picture us gathered around the fire, music playing, learning a little more about food, getting creative and enjoying the simple pleasure of making something together.
