A slow, deeply nourishing practice designed to help you soften, settle, and fully let go. This Practise invites stillness through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system.
Each week the class is guided by a different teacher, offering a unique energy and intention while staying rooted in the grounding essence of yin. Expect a generous use of props — bolsters, blocks, blankets and cushions — to support the body in comfort, allowing you to rest deeply and be fully held.
This is a class for unwinding at the end of the week, releasing tension, and creating space for breath, ease, and rest as you transition into the days ahead.
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, get cosy, and relax.

A high-energy, strength-led class designed to keep you moving from start to finish. Using weights and bodyweight, you’ll move through continuous, flowing sequences that build strength, endurance and control — without the stop-start of traditional gym training. This is weight training, reworked. Not yoga. Not Pilates. Expect a powerful, feel-good workout set to a banging playlist that leaves you strong, energised and lifted.

A chance to move, strengthen and work into your body while spending time with your little one. This postnatal yoga flow is designed to give you a feel-good full-body workout, combining flowing movement, strength and mobility to help you reconnect with your body and build confidence after birth — with your baby right there beside you.
The 40 minute flow will give you time to focus on your breath, your movement and how your body feels, without needing to be away from your baby. Babies are welcome to stay on your mat, feed, cuddle, wriggle or simply watch — there’s no expectation for them to be settled throughout the class.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy 20 minutes of relaxed connection over tea and coffee, giving you time to chat, meet other parents and enjoy a well-deserved cuppa.
The class is suitable from:
* 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, once signed off by a healthcare professional.
* 10 weeks after a C-section, once signed off by a healthcare professional.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your baby and a little time to breathe, move and reconnect.
Move. Breathe. Connect. Cuddle.
