After the HUGE success of our Spring Streak, we're bringing it back for the colder months!
We had over 50 of you take part in spring, and it was so lovely seeing everyone show up for themselves, build new routines and encourage each other along the way.
Now, as the mornings get darker, the evenings get colder and the temptation to stay tucked up at home gets a little stronger, we thought it was the perfect time to bring our community together for another challenge!
THE CHALLENGE
3 classes a week.
4 consecutive weeks.
12 classes in total.Choose from our regular studio timetable, mix up your movement and find a little consistency in the lead-up to Christmas.
And of course, there's a little something at the end…
Everyone who completes Winter Streak will receive a LIMITED-EDITION INTU TOTE BAG, filled with some lovely goodies!
These totes are exclusive to our Winter Streak finishers and won't be available to purchase.
This isn't about doing the most, being the strongest or pushing yourself to your limits. It's about showing up, moving in different ways, making time for yourself and staying connected through the colder months.
Who's joining us? ♡
16 November – 13 December
Let's keep moving, together.

It's been a while since we all got together, had a giggle and saw each other in something other than our yoga leggings or Pilates pants!
So, with that in mind, and the little milestone of one whole year of Intu, we thought it was about time we got together to celebrate!
An evening to raise a glass, have a laugh, meet some lovely like-minded people and enjoy each other's company outside of the studio. And, unless you didn't know, I actually used to be a quizmaster back in my travel rep days, running weekly quizzes for guests. So I'm bringing it back, baby!
Introducing Intu's very first interactive quiz night!Expect plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition, some questionable general knowledge and a whole lot of fun!
Whether you've been coming to Intu since day one or you've only just joined us, this evening is for EVERYONE. Come with your studio pals, bring a friend or come on your own. It's a lovely opportunity to meet new faces, make connections and spend time with the people who make this community what it is.
Intu has always been about so much more than moving our bodies. It's about coming together, building friendships, sharing experiences and creating a community where everyone feels welcome.
So let's get out of our leggings, gather together, raise a glass to our first year and have a bloody lovely evening!
It's gonna be a good'un with Quiz prizes to be won! ❤️

Drawing inspiration from nature and the little things that make life special, this is a space to move, connect and lose yourself in the music for a while.Through creative flows, moments of reflection and nature-inspired themes, we’ll make space to slow down, have a laugh and enjoy the simple joy of being in our bodies.
A practice that celebrates the beauty of the everyday, the wisdom of the seasons and the magic that can be found in the simplest things.

This will be a relaxing blend of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Crystal Bowls and Therapeutic
Percussion.
(As requested by a client in another studio who said ‘ Can you bring me gently back into the new
term?’). It will be intentionally calm and gentle with only a modicum of ‘fire’. A good place to start
for beginners, a good place to start for those who are new to me.
Benefits to sound therapy.. The specific tones, frequencies and vibrations can help to reduce
stress, ease anxiety, calm the mind, improve sleep, gain clarity, reduce pain.
Wear - comfortable clothing.
Bring - whatever helps you to stay comfortable. I bring blankets, bolsters, lavender eye masks. But
often people bring extra blankets, extra padding/sun lounger mattresses etc.
Also bring your water bottle.
Be prepared to fill in a short contraindications form at the beginning of your first session with me.
Please note – sound baths are not suitable for anyone who is in their first trimester of pregnancy, if
you suffer from sound-induced epilepsy or psychotic episodes.
Any specific questions, please reach out to Claire on :

She will be happy to help x

The Nurture Circle is a new six week pregnancy class and community. Tracy will be hosting for a the block of sessions at Intu, offering her knowledge to future mums after practising midwifery with 22 years' experience.Just ten women in each circle, so you'll be known by name.
You're busy. Pregnancy shouldn't be one more thing to get through.Everyone asks how baby is. Far fewer ask what you need. Between work, scans, appointments and a list of jobs that keeps on growing, these months can rush straight past you. So I've built this circle around what women tell me they actually want:
01
To understand your body and your choices, clearly and without jargon
02
To feel calm and confident about birth, not just ready to get through it
03
To meet women at the same stage who really get it
04
Ninety minutes where nobody needs anything from you
