Fun Fact: I spent 7 years dancing with the Royal Ballet School

Why do you love what you do? What I love most about what I do is helping people discover movement that works for them. Over the years, especially through my experience in the dance world, I’ve learned that movement isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that finding the right approach for each individual can make such a difference. I find it incredibly rewarding to support people in exploring what their bodies are capable of and helping them build confidence through movement. I love that Pilates can be adapted to meet people where they are, allowing everyone to feel capable, included, and connected to their bodies. Having scoliosis myself has deepened my appreciation for this and shown me firsthand how powerful it can be to find movement that truly supports your body.
